4. REFUND POLICY (90-DAY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE)
Refunds are provided only under the specific fair-use conditions described:

4. Attend or watch at least 2 of the 3 live sessions
5. Submit demo trading logs or prop challenge attempt
Refunds will not be granted if:
● You fail to meet the conditions
● You request a refund after the 90-day window
● You purchased by mistake or changed your mind without using the program
● You did not put in the required effort
We reserve the right to request additional verification.

This includes:
